Boston was another ray of hope amidst a barrage of disco.

Had both on cassette and 8-track, that being pre-CD and MP3 years.

In your humble rotund profound author’s opinion the WKRP theme song is the finest of that genre.

I even bought the 45 rpm vinyl record containing the song.

Yeah, those 7-inch wide thin round things with a hole in the middle allowing the device to rotate underneath a device commonly referred to as a needle or a stylus allowing physical vibrations to transfer from the itty bitty bumps embedded upon the vinyl through the stylus through little wires to a device that converts mechanical movement into electrical impulses that eventually pop out of speakers that send physical vibrations through the atmosphere causing your ears’ innards to vibrate and create electrical impulses that eventually invade you brain akin to a parasite seeking a high-protein meal whereupon the brain deciphers the electrical impulses.

My semi-functioning brain converts the WKRP vibrations into what I interpret to be a pleasing melody.

I also drooled relentlessly over the character Bailey as played by the luscious Jan Smithers.

The intellectual elite tended, I repeat, TENDED to think lustful thoughts about Bailey/Smithers vice the buxomy Loni Anderson who, though cute, possessed a different style than the lovely Jan.

From the same general era attempt to view a certain episode of the Barney Miller show, an episode I believe would be unairable on any of the mainstream broadcast TV channels such as NBC, ABC or CBS.

The episode is known as the “Hash Brownie” episode where our stalwart team of BIG city detectives inadvertently imbibe hash-laden brownies.

Aware of the many negatived held against the Boomer generation and the actions and in-actions of some of the members of our generation the Old Coot is attempting to atone for some of what we passed along to following generations.

One attempt is the Females as Property Movement (FAPM).

Of course, the decline of American and western society / culture in general predates the Baby Boom, hearkening all the way back to 1920 when federal law made a horrid mistake by allowing females to vote.

That is a year that truly lives in infamy.

The Cootster is convinced that the application of at least some of the FAPM precepts will place the USA on the proper path and will increase personal and societal satisfaction.

The baffled broads attempting to fit into an adult society they are incapable of handling have turned to psychotropic medication to stifle the many mental negatives filling their vacuous minds.

Asking the majority (not all) of females to be what they can never me is cruelty.

Bring forth the Females as Property Movement, at least partially, and expect general female happiness and contentment to greatly increase.

Thus is my little contribution of atonement for the many negatives advanced by the Boomer generation.

It’s almost as if the feeble-minded little girlies assembled upon the junior high school playground one day and concocted some pat memorized remarks to use during the upcoming decades so as to not have to strain their brain at a later date to create a response.
Oh those daffy dames. So predictable to me and apparently many other males.

Luckily, there are at least a few rational females among the weak-minded female herd but not nearly enough.
What a sad day for the USA when the addle-minded dainty prone-to-vapors female mob was allotted the privilege of voting. As time has shown, it was a horrible mistake but it is perhaps not too late to rectify the mistake that has severely harmed our society, culture and government.

The Females as Property Movement is taking the first steps towards to righting a horrible wrong.
