The picture says it all –  a billboard in West Plains, Missouri.  The person who created it remains anonymous (i.e., coward).

My favorite quote from the Springfield, MO newspaper website is this:

“Outrage over the sign triggered West Plains resident Becky Estes to write a letter in Monday’s edition of the Daily Quill newspaper saying “such a tasteless display merely reinforces the wide-spread belief that Ozarkers are ignorant country bumpkins.”"

The Daily Quill … now that sounds like a helluva paper!  And of course Ozark people aren’t country bumpkins … who would have thought that?
